Instead of allocating $50M to CNP shareholders or 5c per share, lets give them 0.5c or $5M, if the secured creditors are that concerned that they will be forking out too much putting the company into administration/receivership.
This will at the very least provide us with an extra $45M or 2c per share. CNP secured creditors through their 51% direct/indirect interest would get an additional $23M out of that anyway.
$5M to CNP holders is still $5M more than they should get!
Absolute joke that CER is subsidising CNP yet again and also the unlisted synidcates when we are in the strongest financial position of all.
This alone wouldn’t solve everything but it’s a start
