1.Fortunaltly I am not in this dog but I do feel for those that have bought at these low levels. So would it be possible to buy a self company a pty ltd for say $2000 ( i dont know how much)Then off market the bcsca into this company and since the company will ahve no assets the debt collectors will get nothing. the legality of this need to be checked out.
2. The idea of an OMT to a pennyless tramp for a fee may work, again I am not a lawyer .
3. The idea that the qld govt will bale out affected people will depend on how many votes are involved. May be a pressure group needs to be formed that speaks for all involved. I am disgusted with mac bank.
