    I just had a thought if possible that both BPT and SNE wanted to do a joint-takeover of ADE, whereby:

    1. BPT will take control of ADE's Cooper Basin assets, Surat Basin CSG assets, and Marybourgh Basin CSG/shale gas assets + US asset.

    2. SNE will take control of ADE's Otway Basin assets and combine it with their existing assets.

    This is as SNE is a 58% controlled subsidiary of BPT.

    Just a thought.
