Hi Botcap not sure who the wealthy investors saying market caps under $200 million you might think say $10 million.Even an obscure company QTG cap of $3 million has some big backers.Depends on what type of investor you are.I tend to go for the low cap ones that have a profit history or asset backing.Not a spec type company.Ones I would look at have a discount to NTA and in some cases significant.Some could be turn around situations.
