ideas for our new name

well, this seems to be a thrust of CRF mgmt thinking over the next few months, judging by the Primespace article in the weekend Aussie...so seriously, what should we call ourselves? Maybe we can come up with something that all the highly recompenced consultants would envy.

PHOENIX Australian Property Trust

LAZURUS Australian Property Trust would come a close second.
