Ideas on things that could be done to help facilitate the GGG ML approval

Just wondering, if the United States could either modify the current treaty with Greenland, or negotiate a separate treaty with the GoG that would include a guarantee that the US would immediately use its considerable resources to clean up any uranium leakage or any other mine related problems that could threaten the local population, or threaten any area of the country of Greenland and the population thereof.

The US has a solid history of being the first responders to any worldwide disasters, and in the unlikely event of a major disaster in Greenland, the US, even without a treaty, would immediately ask the GoG permission to mitigate the problem.

This should go a long way to alleviate the concerns of the people of Greenland.
