APLNG is the coal seem gas project between conocophillips and origin near gladstone in queensland. ORG have kinda taken a slow but steady approach on their major CSG project with conoco in comparison to Santos. However this could be a significant announcement about Sinopec jumping on board which will provide funding for some progress to start happening possibly?
I'm only speculating based on the article cat lady has referred to so really can't provide much of a guess as to what the announcement is specifically in relation to. Something to ponder over for the long easter weekend as trading halt isnt likely to be lifted until next thursday.
Lets hope this is a big announcement as the Origin share price really has gone nowhere in the last 18 months or so.
