Yeah, he said that a brickie who knows the trade/industry, and spends free time playing Fortnite or Call of Duty, would be an ideal candidate to get trained up as an operator. Those who are a bit less confident might want a week or two extra mentoring.
I suspect they might end up having some centralised technical dude keeping remote oversight over a number of different Hadrians and their operators across a number of building sites.
