Lets divide debt 19200000 with shares 7675671308 = 0.00250140987

Now these are just ideas (we could have a choice of options)

1) For each share a share holder holds, if they paid 0.00250140987 per every share,
So if someone had 100,000 shares
0.00250140987 x 100,000 = $250.14 500,000 shares would be $1,250.70
1,000,000 shares would be $2,501.40 10,000,000 shares would be $25,014.09

2) Or a percentage of shares could be taken from each share holder, to be sold to fund the amount needed. And the sale value of those share would be based on AYN's value.

All thoughts on a plan to fund debt & money for care & maintenance welcomed.

But until we hear from Receivers and Managers we do not know the amount of debt .

So at the moment just looking for funding ideas.

Why do that?

Why not raise, say, $5m from existing shareholders and put in an offer for the assets of $500k leaving you $4.5m for working capital?

Have a look at SXG's 5/9/14 announcement where they acquired CCU's assets for $375k. More silver of better grades than AYN too.
