And before you answer with saving interest, surely if its a loan facility we can have a drawdown date of 31 August (or the day before if we have to BPAY it) to pay ERM, thereby saving interest, and at worse case the bank charges us a facility fee for having it there and not drawing it down which would be like 0.25% for 3 months, and on $15m is like $100k max... People do that on houses, get a loan sorted ready to go but don't draw it down until they find the right house to buy.

Surely EGO's share price would go up and for every cent it does, that's an increase in market capitalisation (or value if you like) of $1m per cent - $100k looks paltry. We all know even if you announce now, there is absolutely no way the share price is going to go up to 80c (remember there are no new wells or activities that are happening in the next 3 months (less) that will add $50m to the value just like that), the top up facility will not come into play, not even the brokers think the company price target is that high.... not even disteric as he has 76c with RGN and 60c without in his NPV's.

The think holding back the share price and why the consolidation was a disaster and no institutions are buying is why would you buy equity when you have a massive debt to be repaid in a short period and if you cant repay it all the assets go to ERM as security for their loan meaning empire is worth nothing and the share price goes to zero.....

Repay the debt and maybe just maybe buyers will return if they believe in these assets which means Empire needs to sell itself better to the market......because it aint doing anything now, and anything is better than nothing.

What is our Genius Board and Management doing while our share price goes down......
