all I can suggest is you reformat the Statements , "Valid Points" into actual question format and send it to the BOD
Because what you are after is actual answers to "why those actions took place" "Reason or Strategy"
You need to address the letter to the full company name and to the attention of the Board of Directors , date your letter and the registered courier identifies they actually received it and what date it was received.
This would then be a Matter of Business that would need to be addressed,, again you may not garnish the answer you require but the BOD will be aware of your position and you have a peg in the ground for future reference.
The BOD are required to action correspondence to the "Company" Chimeric Therapeutics Pty.
