With PH being the largest holder, with all shares bought on market, he is also the one with the greatest amount of red in his CHM holding.

How exactly is this sabotage going to benefit him? If he wanted the company to fail he only neeeded to not cough up $1 million in the last CR.

Have a read of the funding conditions OPT had to accept to fund their phase 3 trial! Its not easy or sometimes sensible to go down that route.

CHM holders need the company to keep the pipeline progressing to ever see that potential reward. The only way to achieve that is to top up it coffers. So the only sabotage I see, is from those that are trying to discourage others from taking part in the placement.
