I know exactly what you mean about the QC story. As a retired police member who investigated sex offences and child abuse cases, I had many occasions to say the same things to defence barristers. Unfortunately it's not a 'justice' system - it's a 'legal' system and they do whatever they can to get their client off the charges. I did send some of my early concerns to PH regarding continuous disclosure and his reply was, "CHM is 100% in compliance with its Continuous Disclosure requirements, and to be frank, does not need advice in a private email from a shareholder, on how to comply."
There is bound to be the shareholders with opposing 'bed-wetting' views. That's okay with me as long as they voice their own opinion, but don't start attacking me personally. If the Company abides by the laws and does what it says they're going to do, then if the share price goes down we can't complain.
If that's not the case, why should it be the shareholders that lose their money while management keep paying themselves? That's what I hate the most. Management know that 99% of people will just give up and sell their shares. Plus, management knows that there is less than 1% chance that any reports of misconduct being investigated by ASIC.
