Hey mate.

I did draft a formal letter, signed it, scanned and emailed it to PH and the Company rather than snail mail. The post I put up here is pretty close to the letter I sent to the Company FYI.

Basically, the reply I received from PH was that the Company are in compliance and they do not intend to enter into further correspondence on the matters I raised.

I'm contemplating my next step which is to obtain a copy of the register (which they've finally granted me access) and send out a letter to as many shareholders as I can to gauge the feelings.

I don't know how many shareholders on HC would add their names to a collective letter. What do you think?
