Whether to take up this offer will be one of the most difficult rights issue decisions I've ever had. The free options exercisable at 8c make it difficult for me.
Gone are the days when I take up an offer just to support the company. If it wasn't for the options, it would be a no-brainer to be purchasing on market.
The exercise price should be easy to achieve with some decent announcements.
Hopefully the company gives long suffering holders some news before the closing date and make this decision to take up the offer easier.
I've thrown a lot of money into this company and it's becoming a bit of a money pit with their performance thus far. Management has to be on their last chance. Underperform, and surely there has to be a change.
