just do a director search and you will find out who they are.
a few months back Macquarie said they didnt need any capital, today they tried to raise $1.2b.
RDS will always be trying to raise capital to fund exploration. the big strike is always around the corner, the big winners in all exploration companies are fat cat directors and management paying themselves big bucks for few results.
