    Shareholders do not get to vote on who the chairman is, that is a decision of the board.

    As for his re-election by shareholders, given his close ties to ERM my view is that ERM should be forced to abstain on that resolution. However the ASX and the ASIC have no problem with that form of conflict of interest.
