I don't believe in rewarding people for their acts of incompetence and for milking share holders pockets through fat salaries without justification. I also don't like the fact that directors only have a small amount of their own money invested in the company via their tiny share holding.
I also don't like the fact that they have spent more money on adminstration costs than exploration. I also don't like the fact they have waisted money on poor project choices that have returned no value to share holders while burning cash.

If you are happy to go along with the current directors based on the above facts, then thats your choice.
