    The new board have personally committed heavily to IDG (and TKA).I believe OZGEM is on the right track with what the boards intentions are.If/when TKA starts running next(hopefully early in the new year) IDG will follow and with $20 mill cash in the bank will have minimal downside with potentially signifigant upside.
