Anyone who has the misfortune to have to drive along the beach down to Frankston on the weekend knows all about stupid, lazy, crazy, selfish bike riders.
If they are to take these sorts of semi organized rides where they take a full lane, with no apologies and no care, they should be registered and insured.
They are mostly crazy and they are using a road for no cost, a road that I and many other disadvantaged car owners paid for.
