It is frustrating being stuck behind a Peloton around the Swan river I’m sure other rivers in Australia have the same problem. They should stick to the bike paths if available and abbey road rules I hate Nanny state ideas but making the cyclist pay some form of registration and have number plates would be a good idea.
Maybe only apply it to cyclist wearing lycra so the kids and weekend warriors can still ride they are not the big problem it’s the pelotons
