re: idiots at nab - get this.... In December when NAB was down most days for a week I sent them a thread of HC although that didnt identify HC, so they should be aware of this - I sent them an email today and rang them as well (waited for 20 mins) and today was the first day and so yes, they have been inundated. Have now advised them of my move to etrade.
