re: idiots at nab - get this.... It would be nice to hear from them. What is the issue and how are they going to placate customers? Although I'm a happy user (only limited) of etrade, I do think it is a shame that an organisation like NAB can't sort this out and keep customers happy. Perhaps someone senior needs a rev-up.
