Don't know what's been happening with NAB. As for customer service I can't complain, they actually rang me after sending about 10 emails, they were wondering why I hadn't replied to the free Pro service they were offering me. I said that I wasn't interested in monthly fees and so on, and they said that if I were to actually read my e-mails ,they were giving it to ME free. LOL Switched anyways cause of the downtime crap. They were very quick to give me a call as to why I was changing and was there anything they could do to keep the business. I think the customer service side isn't too bad, it's the trading system that is unreliable, and that's the reason I gave them for the switch.
