re: idiots at nab - get this.... I hung on for 20 minutes and spoke to someone. You have to nominate that you want premium service or else it doesnt matter how many trades you do you are stuck on casual.
If you nominate premium and dont do 2 trades a month then they will charge you the $9.95.
