Hopefully we can take Jonathan at his word when he said they would be ready for the jan 8 court date. At the end of the day it is an administrative error so I'm hoping the judge resolves it quickly. In regards to the assets CAD has I'm still hopeful for CM. If the lithium is truly just below commercial viability then the potassium and boron may make up the difference. With Pardoo and the Pilbara tenements, I like the chances there. Going off the neighbours successes, I definitely think it's worth a punt. I do think there would be a lot more pain to come before gain(if any) in a consol and CRs but that's the gamble! Wishing everyone a happy healthy and wealthy 2018.
