The statement of "one of the most significant lithium..." is to vague to be considered misleading. While there are definitely questionable acts I don't think any were illegal. The matter in question is the cleansing notices filed under s708 when they were ineligible and whether the court would allow an exception for CAD as they claim it was an honest mistake. There is precedent in CADs favour in this so I would expect the court would allow CAD to carry on once they show the paperwork's back in order. If not the court would provide a list of documents they need fixed or supplied before trading could resume. At the very least we should see some progress if Jonothon really did get the paperwork in order as he claimed.
