IDL definetly the standout of the two. A simple P/E and P/E growth ratio comparison shows IDL being better value.

Patience is the key though, the chart for both suggest no rush for entry. IDL becomes interesting the first time it closes above 38c (7 day WMA), with BLY it would be a close above 34c.
