I don't think they need that at all CAdrifter, but who knows if they are going to string this out a bit to try and be able to name a new CEO?? These are just thoughts on my behalf of course!

Though from any understanding I may have or thought I may have it might appear that the current investigation is just a case of a repaid borrowing or some such and the company will not be affected at all by such a scenario!

Let's wait and see...
