though, if CAZ truly did not believe they would ever win, they must have rocks in their head to now be pursuing legal action ... thats just outright stupidity!!
doing that they will burn cash so quick you won't see them for smoke!! if i was mcmahon (and thankfully i'm not) .. i'd use that cash to maybe hire a hit man instead! don't get me wrong ... not to waste bowler ... just give him a little touch up! then i'd move on and pursue other mining interests . they have other tenements, its in THEIR best interests to make the absolute best of them.
i personally think carpy and bowler should serve time. but then .. i'm also an incredibly vindictive character with this kinda stuff.
