can we all agree that TOL is a foregone conclusion after the appeals were dismissed?

given that TOL is imminent, how probable is it that there are hundreds of millions of dollars sitting on the sideline waiting for TOL to be issued? thats what is needed if the price is to rocket. LYC is well known to investors, well publicised etc, you'd think if investors were going to get in they'd be in by now. its not like an explorer spec turning up massive copper hits out of the blue. everyone's read broker reports, everyone knows the RE story, everyone knows what is going on and the price (unfortunately) reflects everyones views... commodities are being sold off, the price of RE's is falling. as someone mentioned earlier, the TOL opposition was dismissed a few weeks ago and the stock has fallen to a new low...

TOL imo could very well be already built into the share price. we're sitting mid 80's because thats what the market sees as current fair value, and it stinks... when we start shipping product to customers, generating cash flow and paying dividends, the SP should reflect the quality of the business...
