Correct me if I'm wrong, but TPI don't have much of a west coast presence, which is the opposite of TOX. Assuming this is correct, they should compliment each other nicely.

Don't think there would be many competition issues either, because of the different grographical locations. TPI have a tonne of debt I believe, so that might limit what they can do in this market.

But, you just never know I guess.
