i am very wary of stocks involved in litigation, regardless of whether the case appears to be a certain win, i have been burned by stocks tied up in litgation even when it appeared that they had no chance of losing:(, as im sure many others on here have.

will be anxiously awaiting a definite result before making a decision to buy in to idm
