The lack of news is frustrating, but putting a positive slant on it there are probably a lot of moving parts to putting these confidential agreements in place which can't be commented on until something is finalised. The stock is probably now also getting hit by tax loss selling heading into 30 June.

Given how abismally the vaccine rollout has been handled by the government, it's not a big stretch of the imagination to believe that putting these domestic production agreements in place have been a huge c@ck-up and are taking a lot longer than ever thought.

IDT dodged a bullet with not getting involved in the local production of Astra Zeneca which CSL stuffed up royally, helped also by lingering safety concerns around that vaccine. Pfizer has publiclly stated that they will not share their IP and allow production of their vaccine under licence. So by process of elimination, you would believe that IDT is in discussions with Moderna (and others) around participating in the local production of their vaccine. The plant in Adelaide mentioned as a possible contender in previous threads hasn't been operative for a long time and you would think really doesn't stack up as an option.

Still a believer, but would be good to get some clarity on where things are at
