Regarding distribution volume; Australia aids the Pacific Islands massively and I would only assume they will produce and distribute vaccines for these countries.
We are already hearing that Australia are giving tens of thousands of vaccines to PNG to assist with the outbreak there.
New Zealand also is buying international vaccines; if we can now produce this internally it creates another market / business / jobs for Australia.
It's just a matter of time!
