I agree that it is very good value at these prices, given the discounted valuation of assets and potential market size.
They are short on capital, but it seems a fairly safe bet they will be able to raise some in some form. A debt facility to get through to market launch would be nice, but probably over-optimistic. The presentation suggests they are more likely looking for equity investors.
Still rating it a hold rather than a buy, as will be another year or more before there is a sniff of positive cashflow.
