One can sense the governments urgency on the matter, so if a tenderer has a delay of 6 months start up, no amount of cost saving will see them be picked over IDT. IDT has been in discussions for nearly a year with Gov and is primed and 6-12 months more advanced to establish mRNA production than their competition.
Gov want this mRNA deal done and have it as a matter of urgency.
Government always need several tender applications before they can award a contract. it's just due process.
Today's price action is positive in a tough market.
Sellers have dried up and the volume over the past couple of weeks have been a lot of accumulation days. OBV is strong, monthly chart data shows very little selling and the monthly breakout candle is holding up.
it won't take much for this to run, and the 30s have been an amazing buying opportunity.
