With 2 big names talking up doing something here in Aus, one could be IDT and the other CinaBio - win-win for Aus, win-win for VIC and SA, and both Federal and State $$ on offer to make it attractive.
Still lots of what if's - but one option has staff and land to expand, plus all the approvals. The other has a new owner with no local experience and an old? facility that has approvals?, but not doing much (from what I understand).
