all it is danny is confirmation that they are putting an EOI out.
it is merely to weed out the ones who think they have a chance but dont.
also they cant be seen just giving CSL another contract so this protects them from looking like they are playing favourites. (which they will)
if bookies had a market up it would be CSL $1.60 AND IDT $3.25 with Biocina and others from there
