The video posted under the heading "Government decision" gives a great insight into what IDT and other companies are up against.
I found the Q&A session at the end enlightening and funny due to some of the elementary questions being asked.
For example, "Do our facilities need to be TGA approved?" Seriously? If you need to ask that question I'm not going to trust you to make a product to go inside my arm.
