For my opinions only, of course CSL is the best choice. But I am 100% sure vaccine companies will not allow CSL produce their products at same time. It is business. That the reason I think government also knows, that why they ask IDT to do the assessment not IDT ask government can I do it. CSL already get one vaccine, they may have a chance to get another one but I do not think they can other opportunities. The vaccine companies 100% will not want to see CSL become more stronger. They would like to choose such company like IDT. That is my opinion only. However, even without the big cake IDT still a good company for investment. They have already made a deal with MIPS.
