I'm not suggesting this process is not highly political. I imagine most of the factors in decision making will be political rather than logical or science based etc
It's a very high profile topic (anything covid is), different states seem to be supporting different entities or different approaches in an environment where state and fed relations are pretty stuffed... the list goes on and on and on. It's fascinating to observe, and participate in as small investor.
