I agree with @aflyingfish that if news two days ago about CSL's proposal is true. Then IDT's proposal today will be very, very competitive.

1. No new site to build, IDT is using existing brownfiels site with TGA approvals. I don't think building new sites could make it production-ready in 18 months. And you have to add the external time spent on technology transfer from Moderna(or BNT).
2. Monash/Doherty party have already started the mRNA 1st trial phase study. In term of reserach IDT are now ahead and have more options such as IDT develop its own mRNA disregard deals from Moderna or work with Moderna or work in both options.
