Great Question. The answer is that a deal bringing Moderna to set up in Australia brings a bigger headline and political currency then a deal backing IDT who?

Unfortunately, the biggest risk to this stock is relying on politicians, thinking they'll do what's rational, versus what's best for their own political aspirations.

IDT will produce an approved Covid vaccine on Australian soil before Moderna does.

Moderna would most likely do a deal to use IDT's Fill and Finish facility, rather than build it's own capacity.

You'd have to think that with IDT trading under replacement value of their facility and land, let alone consider any value for the cannabis business, that Moderna will buy IDT, unfortunately too cheaply.
