    quite simple.....can be one of a few case scenarios...
    1) false rally?
    2) market uncertainty?
    3) announcemet leaked to smart money b4 released to market?
    4) who knows?

    one thing is for sure....if it closes above 6.1c tonite it will gain some interest at mondays open....announcement or no announcement
