There is varied views on diagnostic imaging providers. For what it is worth I think both Capital & Intergral is too small with uncompetitive scale and a lwhat feels like a lack of integration of their geaohgraphically spread out businesses. With no Medicare indexation in sight for diagnostic imaging item numbers in Medicare that lack of scale is a serious challenge for all players.
I also get no signs of a growth runway so I have some doubt about their growth prospects will meet shareholders expectations. On top of that the Federal Governements removal for GP's to refer knees for MRI's is clearly going to hurt the players significantly on top of no indexation once again after 18 years.
My personal view is that diagnostic imaging is a train wreck.
