    Mmm! I think the lack of investment is to the tune of $400,000,000,000. That's 400 hundred billion dollars to those that can't up all the zeroes. That's the investment that is not happening now. Medium and long term oil only has one way to go and that is up. Interesting times ahead. Thanks Paul.
