Yes I figured a dividend to Tancoal would be right up there. It wasn't that long ago the Tanzanian government was making a lot of noise about foreign companies digging up Tanzania and not paying anything for the privilege.

This ^^ is one of the risks of doing business in Tanzania! They are itching to see profits paid back to the government :/ We will need to keep them happy. I see it as a....legitimate brown paper bag to continue doing business in Tanzania
Dare I say the Australian government doesn't do enough to ensure miners pay up for digging in our backyard. The minute our resources are gone, mining companies are like locusts who will just move onto the next country/resource to be exploited. That seems to be life.
