Thanks @mraj, I believe the difference to MEL is that the Nucoal licence was cancelled due to alleged corruption on the part of 2 politicians and Nucoal was innocent 3rd party. The politicians have now been cleared in court of any wrongdoing and released from prison. Therefore Nucoal deserves to be compensated as it was an innocent 3rd party of alleged corruption that never actually occurred per the courts view....however there are no guarantees as you suggest. I hope the NSW Gov does the right thing but who knows. Cheers
