yeh i just looked through iec's 2018 announcements, none of which suggest the caspian claim is limited to 1.2M (those announcements also discuss the 1.18M royalty dispute so it may be that's where my wires were crossed). I also note tancoal offered caspian 50c in the dollar to settle and terminate but Caspian refused without making a counter-offer.
